Easy, Healthy Breakfast

We all live busy lives – but that doesn’t mean we have to eat fast food and unhealthy options! When you’re in a rush to catch the train next week have these ingredients ready and throw together the best part of your day in under a minute.
BRUNCH PARFAIT
DIRECTIONS:
Spoon 1/3 of yogurt in and top with 1/3 of fruit mixture and then 1/3 of granola and almond mixture.
1/3 banana cut into pieces
1 cup of sliced strawberries
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (we like Fage)
2 tablespoons cup low-fat granola
1 1/2 teaspoons of sliced almonds
